Freight Costs

$10 freight is charged for orders within Australia. Higher freight costs may apply to fishing rods and heavy or bulky orders, in which the purchaser will be notified via email to confirm freight costs before transaction is processed. A freight cost of $30 is charged for selected fishing rods and are packed in a protective tubing. In the case of an order containing fishing sinkers or heavy items, we will contact you to advise the total freight charge before transaction is processed.

International Orders

Anglers Fishing World will contact you via email to arrange postage and delivery charges before any transaction is processed.

CHECK-OUT PROBLEMS
If there are any problems with checking out, email us your telephone number and/or order and we can process your order.

ITEMS NOT LISTED ON THE WEBSITE
If there are any items that are not listed on the website, it does not mean that we don’t have it. We may certainly stock the item so contact us for price and availability.

Although all care and attention will be taken we shall not be held responsible for any errors or omissions resulting from any incorrect representations of rods, reels, tackle, accessories or any other fishing tackle items whatsoever.

PRICE AND AVAILABILITY
All prices are subject to change without notice. Whilst we endeavour to hold prices for as long as possible, some price changes are inevitable. We will advise you prior to filling the order of any significant price changes. We stock all items displayed on this site but in the event that some items displayed are out of stock, we will confirm your order and advise you as to the availability thereof. We do not keep backorders.

RETURN POLICY
No claims whatsoever will be recognized after a period of fourteen (14) days from the invoice date. With the exception of valid warranty claims, no merchandise will be accepted for return without prior authorization and if so authorized a 10% handling and restocking charge will be made on all goods returned provided always that it is still in prestine condition and in its original undamaged packaging and provided also that return freight charge(s) shall be your responsibility. All claims and returns must be accompanied by invoice number and date of original charge.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF CUSTOMER DETAILS
Your details are stored securely by us and we will not impart any customer information to a third party.

LIABILITY
Since we have no control over conditions or methods of use of the products shown, liability, if any, is strictly limited to the price paid for the product.
